Meditation, simple practices to feel your connection
Gentle, guided meditation for awakening your Kundalini. No experience, no forced breathing and no religion required.
The Satya Awakening Technique™ is the practice my Guru, VillyMa, taught me. Satya means Truth. It gently awakens Kundalini, clears the chakras and raises the energy to the crown.
You don't need hours a day or any special beliefs. A gentle daily session, done consistently, is enough to begin. The five steps in my Kundalini meditation guide are a simple first step.
