- Order details: name, email address, billing country and, if you choose a payment plan, the details needed to run it. Card numbers are entered directly into our payment processor (Stripe) and never touch our servers.
- Account and program use: your login, progress inside the program area, questions you send to support and anything you share in live sessions or the member community.
- Communications: emails you send us and your email preferences.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, referring website, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies: small files placed on your device by us and by the advertising and analytics partners listed in Section 4. They let the Website remember you between visits, measure how the Website performs, and show you relevant advertising.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Our programs are for adults only.
3) How we use your information
- To deliver the programs you buy, create your access, and provide customer support (including the 90-day email support that comes with the Kundalini Awakening Experience).

We share it only with the service providers above so they can perform services for us, with professional advisers, when required by law or to protect our legal rights, and with a buyer if our business is sold or merged (in which case this Policy continues to apply).

We are based in the United Arab Emirates and our service providers operate mainly in the United States and the European Union. Your information may therefore be transferred to, and stored in, countries other than your own. We use providers that apply recognized safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.

We keep order and payment records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years). Program access records are kept while your access is active. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics and advertising cookies expire on the timelines set by each partner (generally 90 days to 2 years).
8) Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under the CCPA), you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of marketing or the “sale”/“sharing” of personal information for advertising.
