These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kundaliniawakening.com and its sub-domains (the “Website”) and every digital program, product, membership and service we sell through it (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Satya Awakening Academy LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or purchasing any Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase a Service.

2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Service or submit payment information. By using the Website you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms.
3) The Services We Offer
We offer spiritual and educational digital programs built around the Satya Awakening Technique™. Depending on what you choose at checkout, these include:

Exactly what is included in each program, and its price, is stated on the relevant sales page and order form at the time you purchase. That description forms part of your agreement with us. We may add, change or retire programs at any time; changes do not affect programs you have already purchased.
4) Payments, Pricing & Billing
4.1 Payment methods and currency
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (for example Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay), processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in US dollars. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees.
4.2 Pricing
Prices are shown on the Website and may change at any time before you purchase. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Where a page shows a “regular” or comparison price, it refers to the price at which we ordinarily offer or intend to offer that program outside the current promotion.
4.3 Authorization
By submitting your payment details you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown at checkout and, where you select a payment plan or membership, for each scheduled payment described below.
4.4 One-time purchases and the 3-payment plan
The Kundalini Awakening Experience, the Kundalini Experience Accelerator, the Satya Aura Cleanse™ and the Complete Satya Awakening System™ at US $197 are single payments with no recurring charges. If you choose the Complete Satya Awakening System™ 3-payment plan, you are charged US $69 today and US $69 on the same day in each of the next two months (3 payments, US $207 in total); billing then stops automatically and your lifetime access continues.
4.5 The Guided Journey Home™ monthly membership
The Guided Journey Home™ is a monthly membership. You will be charged US $39 per month until you cancel, starting today, or, if you joined with the 14-day free trial, starting 14 days after you join . There is no contract or minimum term, and you can cancel at any time (including during a free trial, in which case you are not charged): email support@kundaliniawakening.com and we will stop all future payments. Cancelling ends your access to The Guided Journey Home™ (live sessions and recordings) at the end of the period you have paid for; payments already made are not refunded except under the guarantee in Section 6.
4.6 Failed or reversed payments
If a payment fails, is declined or is reversed, we may suspend access to the relevant program until payment is completed. For payment plans and memberships we will retry the card and email you; if payment cannot be collected within 14 days we may cancel your plan or membership.
5) Delivery & Access
All programs are digital. After a successful payment you receive access by email and through the order-confirmation page, normally within a few minutes. If you have not received your access email within 30 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder and then contact support@kundaliniawakening.com . You are responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout. Unless a program description says otherwise, access is for your lifetime, meaning for as long as we operate the program area, which we will maintain for a minimum of 12 months after your purchase and intend to maintain indefinitely.
The Guided Journey Home™ live sessions run weekly on a published schedule; the schedule may change and individual sessions may be rescheduled, in which case a recording is provided.
6) Refund Policy & Guarantees
6.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — Kundalini Awakening Experience
The Kundalini Awakening Experience (US $27) , together with the optional Kundalini Experience Accelerator (US $37) and Satya Aura Cleanse™ (US $27) when purchased on the same order form, is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee . If, for any reason, you decide within 30 days of your purchase that the program is not right for you, email us and we will refund 100% of what you paid for it. You do not need to give a reason and there is no minimum amount of the program you must complete.
6.2 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — all other programs
The Complete Satya Awakening System™ (US $197, or 3 payments of US $69) and The Guided Journey Home™ (monthly membership, with or without the 14-day free trial) are each covered by a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee . If within 30 days of your purchase (for payment plans and memberships: your first payment) you decide the program is not right for you, email us and we will refund that payment in full and cancel any remaining payments. After 30 days you may still cancel The Guided Journey Home™ at any time under Section 4.5, but payments already made are non-refundable.
6.3 Other refund situations
We also refund duplicate charges, billing errors, and any purchase where we are unable to deliver access.
6.4 How to request a refund
Email support@kundaliniawakening.com with your full name, the email address used at checkout, the order date and the program name. We confirm every refund request within 2 business days.
6.5 Processing time
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We issue them within 5 business days of approval; your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to show the credit.
6.6 Access after a refund
When a purchase is refunded, your access to that program ends.
7) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have any billing concern, please contact us first — our guarantee above is faster and simpler than a card dispute. We may suspend access to the Services while a chargeback is open and may provide our payment processor with evidence of purchase, delivery and access.
8) Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
All content on the Website and inside the Services — videos, audio recordings, guided sessions, text, frameworks, graphics, and the marks Satya Awakening Technique™, Satya Awakening System™ and The Guided Journey Home™ — is owned by or licensed to Satya Awakening Academy LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the materials you purchase. You may not copy, record, share, resell, publish or teach from the materials, or share your login, without our written permission.
9) Spiritual, Educational & Health Disclaimer
The Services are spiritual and educational in nature. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric or mental-health care, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental-health condition. Meditation and energy practices can bring up strong physical, emotional or energetic experiences. If you have a diagnosed medical or psychiatric condition, are pregnant, take medication that affects mood or perception, or have any concern about your health, consult a qualified professional before beginning and stop practicing if you feel unwell. You participate voluntarily and at your own discretion.
10) Results & Testimonials
Every person’s experience of Kundalini and of meditation is different. We do not promise that you will have any particular experience, sensation or outcome, or that your experience will match anyone else’s. Testimonials on the Website are the genuine, unpaid accounts of individual students, may be lightly edited for length or clarity, and are not a promise or prediction of what you will experience. Statements such as “3,000+ people” refer to cumulative attendance at the live Satya Awakening sessions Caleb O’Dowd has guided in Dubai.
11) Live Sessions & Community Conduct
Live sessions and any member community are shared spaces. You agree to treat other participants and our team with respect, not to record or redistribute sessions, and not to use the spaces for promotion, harassment or unlawful purposes. We may remove anyone who breaches this section, without refund where the breach is serious.
12) Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy , which explains what data we collect (including through Meta and Google advertising tags) and how we use it.
13) Restricted Jurisdictions
We do not provide Services to individuals or entities in countries or regions where doing so would be prohibited by applicable sanctions or law.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Satya Awakening Academy LLC, its owners, teachers and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the Services or your practice of the techniques taught. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Service will not exceed the amount you paid for that Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the consumer laws of your country of residence.
15) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top shows the current version. Purchases are governed by the Terms in force at the time of purchase.
16) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
