Brett, our amazingly talented graphic designer bloke, has designed an awesome poster for the London seminar. Susan and Santi are both keen to spread the word - so if you wanna help out, feel free to print it off and chuck it up on notice boards at your yoga centre, dojo, etc.

Alas ladies - Brett is taken, so you'll have to find a sensitive creative type elsewhere :P

The London seminar has just been added. A free evening session will be held on January 15th, 2010 - this will give you the opportunity to meet Susan and Santiago, and a meditation will be held so you can experience kundalini energy to see if it's for you!

The real stuff is over the weekend. We'll start at 10am on Saturday 16th. Early registration costs apply until December 1st 2009 - so be quick and book your places!
